Straights Blends

Straights Blends consist of the very highest quality straights, and can be freely customized to meet your nutritional requirements. Furthermore, minerals or vitamins may be added to supplement nutritional value.

Rape/Soya Blend

As its name suggests, the ingredients of this blend are Rapeseed Meal and Soya. Unless otherwise specified the straights are blended in equal proportion.

3-way Blend

As its name suggests, this blend is made up of three quality straights materials. Its ingredients consist of Maize Gluten, Malt Residuals and Sugarbeet. Unless otherwise specified, these straights are blended in equal proportion, i.e. a blending ratio of 1:1:1 (33% of each) is deployed. Note, it is quite common for Sugarbeet to be replaced by Citrus, where appropriate. In summary, the 3-way Blend offers excellent value as a general feed.

5-way Blend

This is a quality blend of five straight materials. Always priced competitively, it is aimed at the dairy and sheep markets as a general feed. Its ingredients are Malt Residuals, Rapemeal, Biscuit Meal, Sugarbeet or Citrus (when Sugarbeet is out of season or to improve aroma) and Maize Gluten. These ingredients are added in equal proportion, i.e. 20% of each.

Super Dairy Blend

This is a high power variation of the 5-way Blend. In addition to Biscuit Meal, Maize Gluten, Malt Residuals, Rapemeal and Sugarbeet, it includes 10% of Soya Meal to boost protein levels. We can also add Whole Cottonseed to improve the yield and condition of intensively milked cows.

Biscuit Meal

Low Oil Biscuit Meal

Low Oil Biscuit Meal is a lightly coloured fairly free flowing high energy ruminant feed made up of Sugar Confectionery, Breakfast Cereals, Cake Products, Crisps and Snacks, and Wheatfeed. It comprises of sugar and starch levels in excess of 50%. It can be fed up to 3.0kg/hd to lactating dairy cows as a part of a balanced diet. It can form up to 15% of the concentrate inclusion in growing pig and Sow diets, and up to a maximium of 10% in finishing pig diets.
